FAQ WHOLESALE
Orders
- All orders must be $200 or more.
- Retailer agrees to adhere to MSRP, selling items at or above this price.
- Retailers must have written permission to sell at each location/website.
- Selling ellie and sam products on any 3rd party sites, such as Amazon.com or Walmart.com is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
- Orders usually ship 4-7 days after receipt. The store will be notified if we expect a longer wait.
- Once we receive an order, we then "finish" all items. We wait to finish the items so that they have a minimal amount of wrinkles when the retailer recieves them.
- ellie and sam reserves the right to refuse any orders.
- Backorders under $100 will be cancelled.
Fabric Care
- ellie and sam uses only super soft, high quality fabrics. All blankets are made from 100% imported microfibers. You are encouraged to hand wash and air dry (or tumble dry with no heat).
- Do not store in a hot place (such as an auto).
- Over time heat will damage or limit the lifespan of all ellie and sam products.

- All manufacturing is done in California
- All items are shipped from California unless noted.
Defective/Damaged Items
- ellie and sam stands behind all its items for all manufacturer defects.
- For items received damaged or shipped incorrectly, please notify us within seven days of receipt of order and we will correct the issue.
- For consumer returns, please take care of the consumer as warranted and notify us of damaged items. We will gladly help direct you in the process.
- For items that clearly have been damaged by heat or excessive wear and tear, and not manufacturer defects, please use your best judgement and offer the best customer service possible.
