WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All orders must be $200 or more.
  • All Items are FOB California. Retailers are responsible for all shipping, tax (if required), and handling charges.
  • All retail locations must be approved in advance and retailers with multiple locations must submit a store list for approval.
  • All retailer websites are permitted to sell our products at MSRP or higher. Please use our approved photos and logos. We discourage sales on third party websites such as Amazon, Walmart or Etsy and will close your account if deemed doing so.
  • We accept payment by all major credit cards. Orders will be cancelled after 10 days of not receiving payment.
  • We reserve the right to backorder items if necessary. Smaller backorders (under $100) will be cancelled. All backorders will be shipped within 14 days.
  • All claims must be reports within 7 days or receipt.
  • All returns must have prior authorization. All products must be returned in original packaging, tagged or shop worn items may not be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies.
